In the years 1997 - 2003 she was associated with the advertising market. She worked as a Promotion and Sponsorship Specialist (NTV / TV4). Co-owner and Marketing Director of the advertising and promotion agency MediArt Sp z o.o., Sales Director (Tennis Magazine). She has also worked in companies from the consulting industry (Director of Closed Training Department; DLC; Crawford Group), she has experience in team management.

Since 2003, she has been implementing training, consulting and sales projects, as a trainer and business consultant. She specializes in the area of ​​personal development. Coordinator of training and research projects, organizer of training events.

From 2009 to 2013, she cooperated with the training company Brian Tracy International as a consultant and coordinator of training and advisory projects, as well as a trainer, coach and assessor. Until September 2013, BTI Sales Support Director - responsible for the organization and logistics of events and projects; managed the team responsible for the organization of the conference (from 300 to 2500 participants), order processing and administration; she supported the sales department in developing substantive and commercial offers for clients. In 2010-2012, she is associated with Noble Manhattan Coaching, in the substantive team (coach, mentor), she supported projects related to the development of employees of various organizations. She leads social activities, operating on the market of small towns and villages, supporting the development of women, small enterprises, youth, people looking for a job, people in crisis situations.

Since 2008, she has been associated with the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies and the Polish Society for Research on Traumatic Stress. Author and participant in research projects related to development and stress. Since 2009, the President of the Management Board of the Interdisciplinary Association for the Development of Research Methods with Stress Growth, supports non-profit activities, and with a team creates projects of system solutions related to the issue of stress.

Lecturer at the SWPS University in Warsaw. Currently associated with MindShift Lab and the Institute of Behavioral Design, where she implements programs related to changing the organization and building trust. Member of the Management Board of Saskamed Sp z o.o.
