Professor Assistant, researcher and lecturer at the SWPS University in Warsaw. It carries out its own or participates in many scientific and research projects in the area of ​​individual differences in recognizing and understanding emotions, alexithymia, conditions of coping with crisis situations, developmental consequences of crisis and traumatic stress. She is the author of several scientific publications. She participates in international and national scientific conferences and in the field of practical applications of psychology, where he presents research results and participates in workshops developing his skills.

She has over a dozen years of experience in coaching and teaching. She leads lectures and practical classes at the Faculty of Psychology of SWPS, the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (Postgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation and other ADRs), and at the Main School of Fire Service (Postgraduate Studies in Occupational Safety and Health). The author of the program of Psycho-oncology classes implemented as part of the Applications of Psychology at the SWPS University and the module in the field of Social Competences (SWPS University), leads original classes in postgraduate studies in the field of psychotraumatology and psycho-oncology (SWPS University).

She leads training for business (e.g. in 2010 - 2013 Brian Tracy International, currently cooperates with MindShift Lab, 4Results), trainers (e.g. BTI Trainers School, Eureka Consulting Trainers School) and officials (e.g. PUP Szczytno, UP Pisz and Szczytno ). He cooperates with the Center for Dispute and Conflict Resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, providing training for lawyers and mediators. At the Center for Postgraduate Studies and Training at the SWPS University, he leads trainings, among others in psycho-oncology (e.g. for employees of the Clinic at the Oncology Center in Warsaw).

Creates projects to support the development of older people, jobseekers and youth. It provides training for young people (e.g. co-creator of educational and development workshops for the Theater in Class project. A series of theater meetings carried out by Teatr Powszechny in Warsaw and SWPS), seniors (University of the Third Age of SWPS, UTW Ochota, Senior Culture Club), as well as excluded and unemployed (ESF projects). Coordinates projects, e.g. volunteering at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, tutoring - the K.O.M.P..A.S program. Of the `` Grow with us '' Foundation). She is also involved in training volunteers (eg the Project Professional Volunteer Warsaw Social Hospice; training for volunteers of the Older Brother - Elder Sister program, patronage of the Batory Foundation).

She specializes in working with people experiencing life breakthroughs, stress (in the personal and professional area) and life threatening conditions (trauma, psycho-oncology).

Member of the Board of the Polish Society for Research on Traumatic Stress and the Board of the Interdisciplinary Association for the Development of Work Methods with Stress GROWTH, member of the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies and the Polish Psycho-oncology Society.
