EXPERIENCE

The last long term project - 14 months (2018/2019) employed in an international bank, in a corporate as an internal trainer for financial product sales teams.
For many years he participated in training, development and consulting for companies of various structures, from various industries. Among others, he took an active part, in developing the program and the substantive concept, and (for two editions) he leaded classes at BTI Sales School (as the leading trainer) at the Brian Tracy International Business Academy in Warsaw.
2003 – 2006 AFLOFARM Farmacja Polska | PRODUCT AND PROJECT MANAGER / TRAINER
He took an active part in new projects and product implementations, he managed a group of branded products. He built and trained the telephone sales department, leaded development and product training courses as well as coaching of sales representatives.

He expanded his experience in building a sales structure (effective team), managing a team as well as sales forces and a product portfolio. He also leaded product and development training and worked in direct contact with the client.
